Overview of PhysImage enhancements
Many of the plugins provided with PhysImage
share various parameters across plugins, and we built a common area for
these values to be changed, specifically in the "Plugins->Analysis
General Tools->Analysis Configuration" menu. Below illustrates the
resulting dialog that will open when that menu is selected.
Of particular interest is the 'base directory'.
